Wiener Melange
Our house favourite. A mild espresso with steamed milk and a soft cap of foam.

Marble tables, waiters in waistcoats and coffee on a silver tray with a glass of water. Stay as long as you like.
Order one Melange and you may keep your table all afternoon. That is the rule of the Viennese coffee house, and we have kept it since Josef Lindgruber opened these doors in 1912.
Read one of twenty newspapers, play a round in the billiard room, or just watch the Lange Gasse go by.
Vienna has its own names for coffee. Here is what arrives at your table.
